This week's TNI Cool Custom, is of a 6" Thundercats Lion-O figure by Darth Leon.
Here is how Leon describes the making of these figures:
"Lion-O is basically a DCUC Superman with a ton of sculpting. The fist is from a Sabertooth figure with the hair sculpted over it. The sword is from a Toy Biz Conan figure."
