I've seen a couple videos on Youtube with ML comparisons, plus I ordered the Havoc figure, and if scale is that big a deal to you, then these are WAY undersized.
If it helps, Havoc is shorter than Pizza Spider-Man. Honestly, unlike the (mostly) heavily armored Overwatch figures, or the (mostly) teenage Power Rangers Lightning Collection figures, both of which are of a slightly smaller than ML scale, the Fortnites just don't cheat as well into Marvel Legends.
They're still cool figures, but I doubt I'll be picking up any more.

Sadly, the Fortnite figures are up on Amazon, but only Havoc, The Visitor and Johnny Lawrence are in stock. Rabbit Raider, Wildcard and (my big want) Enforcer are listed as "Unavailable."
