I remember I used to love WWE when I was like 7yrs old.
I think it might just be a JJ Dillon figure, original manager of the Four Horsemen. I found a pic elsewhere that shows who all is around him (Ric Flair in suit & Lex Luger are directly to the figure's left), that's what makes the most sense. It's the glasses that are throwing it off for me.

As an older school Wrestling fan, I think my favorite thing out of this bunch are the Ronda Rousey figure and doll, donning the classic RowdyRoddy Piper stylized motif. Im mad diggin that!
