Shown below are new images from the Mattel booth at this weekend's Power-Con Convention focusing on the new Masterverse figures that were on hand. Images come via Mattel's own Steve Ozer as well as Pixel-Dan who has posted a tour video as well.
Specifically shown are the new He-Man and Skeletor which is part of a new Masterverse Sub-line called "New Eternia" which are unique designs of characters inspired by original concept character art.
Also shown are the Masterverse Wave 3 figures of Scare Glow, Fisto, Andra and Stinkor which you can pre-order now from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com.
Also show are a Classic Teela and Mer-Man which may be part of wave 4, but that is not confirmed. For Deluxe Figures on display are Tri-Klops, Trap-Jaw and King Grayskull.
The MOTU Collectors Masters of the Universe Origins Fan's Choice Tri-Klops figure from Mattel is once again available with limited quantities on the MattelCreations website. Get it while you can.

Shown below are official images of Mattel's regular retail version for their Masters of the Universe Origins Sun-Man figure coming out next year. This one differs a bit from the Mattel-Creations exclusive version . You don't get the fancy packaging and the paint-deco is less metalc looking. You also don't get the extra head or the flame effect piece that attaches to the weapon.
I can live with this one. I tried to buy the other one but sold out way too fast...?

I love the pure, wholesome demeanor of Sun Man. Morally gray, edgier superheroes are cool, but sometimes a return to bright-eyed optimism is refreshing.
The head design looks so much better there than the actual sculpt. Im buying it but it looks a little goofy. I like goofy but Id kinda prefer the drawing
Maybe they can do a more detailed figure in Masterverse. It's only been Revelations figures so far, but it doesn't have to stay that way.
