I think if that were the case, it would just say "Cody Rhodes." Also sometimes Trademarks can exist for the same name multiple times as long as it's different things...as you said, a video game, a band, and in this case a professional wrestler. It's also on a lot of Cody's official merch, so it seems like it really is just a packaging error. It does happen.

I have got to have that whole wave of legends 19! Awesome to see D' Lo Brown and Godfather, and that Taker looks awesome! I'm glad to see they're redoing the Rick Rude- as I have an earlier elite of him that looks similar. I need that all pink Bret Hart UE! Can't wait for these releases.
