If I were worried the line would end before they finish I'd want them to release as many as fast as possible. BUT the line seems to be popular and I'm happy for them so the slower strategy will pay off because it keeps them available and in front of eyeballs for longer.

It is very interesting to see their release approach - it is very different from what we see with traditional action figure manufacturers like Hasbro, Mattel, McFarlane, etc. and is clearly more in line with their model car. as long as they keep making the toys as good as they are, I'm willing to take it slow!

I would have loved if they just knocked these out and released them in waves of say 6 or at least 4 like a normal toy company, but 2 at a time is going to draw this line out, and the thing is so far they have showed all the figures they are making and it seems like that might be it for now, so they'd have basically been done if they did waves of 6, so I get it, but I'd also like them to just bang em out but whatever.

For every person who has everything they've done already and impatiently awaits the next release there may be more people who are just now hearing about it and want to catch up.

They release them the same way Noah filled the ark: 2 by 2. There have also been some alternate colored player 2 versions of characters, but yeah they are definitely taking their sweet time releasing these. They showed off the entire toyline at SDCC though, so they at least have the figures designed and ready to go. They just seem to be trickling them out as apposed to just dumping the whole series on people I guess. My wallet actually kind of prefers this slower approach though.

Also I'm sure they will move onto the newer games characters after these figures all come out, and then I'm done with them.

I'll be 108 before they show off the Robot Masters from Mega Man that I actually want. That said I ordered Cammy.

I haven't bought any of these because I'm not into Street Fighter, but it looks like Jada is knocking it out of the park at a $25 price point. Have they really only done 8 characters in all of the time that I've been hearing about this line, though? That could be like 1 wave.

Grabbed Cammy, easy buy there. I don't think I've ever played as Dee Jay once, so he's not exactly a must-have for me. I'm pretty confident I can pick him up later at my leisure, which is something I need to start doing more instead of pre-ordering absolutely everything I intend on buying.

Cammy looks great! I think Dee Jay is a miss however.

Yes finally Cammy, my most wanted character, Cammy is my favourite character to play as in Street Fighter, as a Kid she was the only character I played as.

Dee Jay doesn't do a lot for me, but as I'm trying to complete all of the roster from SSF2 he's a must get.
