After meeting Lucy Lawless and Renee O’Connor a few weeks ago at the LA Xena convention, I decided it was due time to make a modern superarticulated Xena figure!
The pink Space ranger’s civilian head looked a bit like Lucy Lawless so I repainted it to accentuate the likeness. Then I retrofitted it on a base custom body- Marvel Legends Angela torso + White Rabbit legs + Black series Dagobah training Luke’s arms - I bought an old Toy biz Xena figure from way back when and carefully sliced off the gauntlets with a blade, repainted the details on the armor, added a braid ontop of her bangs for screen accuracy and boom! Voilà!
