The Funko.com site shows the figures as being sold out and doesn't mention from what I can see about the Snake Eyes with Timber exclusive. Our sponsors have the 4 figures in stock as pre-order.

Shown below via anerdydad is a look at the upcoming Transformers Vs. G.I. Joe POP! Mystery Boxs coming from Funko. Each box will include 1 Lunch Box, 2 POP, 1 Keychain, 1 decal, and 1 pin set. Look for official details for these to be announced later today.
Anerdydad says these will be offered exclusively at Gamestops.
