I dont know if theyre just painted on or not (might be just part of the prototype that hasnt been finalized right yet) but what I can say is that as far as I can remember the boot design is wrong, I remember the top of the boots were not straight, they usually tapered down on the inside part of the leg.

The R symbol is definetely wrong, the belt was drawn straight by Jim Lee during Hush, I thing the issue is the long toso though, another thing that is wrong is the boots they shouldnt be straight at the top, they usually tapered down on the inside part of the leg.
