G.I. Joe 3.75" Retro Wave 2 figures which include
Scarlett, Roadblock and Destro along with the new
Cobra F.A.N.G. Helicopter and pilot are available for pre-order at
Walmart.com. Unlike Target, Walmart seems to be learning some and has continued to have these available for a few hours as I type this. The figures cost $12.93 each and the vehicle costs 24.99. The figures are listed with a January 5th release date and the vehicle a February 5th one. Check out the new promo images for all of them below.

Whoever is designing these new Joe lines seems to have a problem doing a female figure. The guys all look cool and badass but both Scarlets have been a little disappointing. I hope they get Cover Girl and Lady Jaye right.
