They're already decided not to remake Classified with every figure. While Flint and Beach Head weren't in Operation Blackout and are essentially smaller versions of their Classified figures, Snake Eyes and Firefly are based on the game and are smaller versions of the Classified figures because of that, but Storm Shadow is based solely on the game design and has little in common with the Classified figure, and Cobra Commander is very much an amalgam of the Blackout/Classified design and the character's more classic look. Like I said, I find it interesting to see where the two lines differ-where Hiya deviates from Classified, because they already have and likely will again.

I'm glad they went with the game designs. I really wish we'll still get that Mortal Kombat looking Storm Shadow with the Tattoo. I personally really dig that design

They've likely had the 3d files of that design sitting in a folder somewhere for years. It's the game version. Hasbro was probably going to use it and then switched gears. Obviously the two (slightly different) versions of Storm Shadow in Classified don't look like that. It's a tease, and while it's possible that version might be released in Classified some day, it might not. Also if Classified makes that version of Storm Shadow after Hiya Toys has already done so, that's not Hiya copying Classified, is it? It's more like the other way around isn't it? Then again, since it's the character design from the game, neither toy line would really be copying the other, would it?

Are you trying to talk to me in riddles man? Hah... That Storm Shadow will come probably for this year based on other teased figures in packages... Now the big question is who born first, the egg or the chicken.? Classified did it first so grand them the nod for the Blackout designs... I really want to see done Sci-Fi man... That's a super cool design. ? ??

I will have to say, let's wait and see, because it looks to me that they are just going to remake Classified, example Flint which was not in the blackout game?

It's interesting to see where these two lines differ. Classified dropped the Operation Blackout designs after a few waves, but Hiya is sticking with them for several characters. This has resulted in smaller versions of several Classified figures as well as deviations from Classified, such as their Storm Shadow figure, which is based on his look in the game, while the Classified figure is not. Alley Vipers, if Hiya makes them would be another interesting case: Classified was initially going to make their figure based on unused concept art from the game (going so far as to put it on the back of the packing for several waves, but ultimately went with an original design more evocative of the classic figure from the '80s.

Mini Classified Firefly... I like a lot the classified version because of the eyes expression and this looks to be the same... So far there's only one Hiya figure that I would like to see his classified version become available and that is Storm Shadow.????

Well that would make sense given they are both using the video game as reference. There wouldn't be a difference.

Oh, I didn't know (and if I did I forgot) there was a video game at all! I'm not exactly a gamer.

LOL, this think looks exactly like the Classified version. I was actually just looking at my Classified figure today, there's no difference!
