“‘Colonel Mustard...In the Conservatory...With the lead pipe.’ By just hearing these colorful phrases alone, you immediately know what they mean — leaving no mystery as to why CLUE is one of the most beloved board games-turned-IP of all time. We couldn’t be more excited to develop it as an animated series along with eOne and Bento Box,” said Thorn.
“We’re thrilled to team up once again with our great partners at FOX and Bento Box on this exciting new series,” said Mansfield. “CLUE is an iconic whodunit property that exudes mystery and intrigue, and has fans all over the world. We can’t wait to share our reimagined animated version with audiences.”

Yep. In 1985. Great cast. Bad movie. A serialized show or perhaps an anthology could potentially work, but the premise is thin, so maybe not. At least it's unlikely to squander the talents of some of the funniest actors in Hollywood. You know something is bad when Christopher Lloyd of all people has clearly been given the direction to play his character as straight (as in straight line) and reserved as possible.
Yep, why not.. if im not mistaken they did a clue movie in the 80s as well. This at least would make alittle more sense as a movie.. Im still holding out on hungry hungry hippos being made into a movie. XD
