Movie has a lot of cliches, the plot is somehow both thing and complicated and the pacing leaves a lot to be desired yet its still good entertainment. The movie has great action, good cgi, amazing JSA team, which manages to be one of the best parts of the movie, and general interconnectivity of DCEU being back which makes the movie so much more exciting and gives hope for the future of DC movies, especially that Amazing mid-credit scene. So Rock did deliver despite the obvious structural flaws of the movie.

It's great to see Cavill Superman back although this was the worst kept secret in comicdom....Dwayne Johnson was hinting it for weeks.
