Make sure to use the bathroom and skip the Double Big Gulp before heading into the theater to check out James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water as sources have told The Hollywood Reporter that the movie has a runtime of three hours and 10 minutes.

Cameron is known for making epic movies that have very long runtimes, including Titanic, which is three hours and 14 minutes, and the original Avatar, which is two hours and 41 minutes.

20th Century and Disney haven’t officially released the runtime, but the movie's length leaked out when the official rating was announced. The movie is rated PG-13 in the United States.

Avatar: The Way of Water opens in North America on December 16th.

Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

Directed by James Cameron and produced by Cameron and Jon Landau, the Lightstorm Entertainment Production stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaa, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang and Kate Winslet. Screenplay by James Cameron & Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver. Story by James Cameron & Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver & Josh Friedman & Shane Salerno. David Valdes and Richard Baneham serve as the films executive producers.

Cameron forgot how to make a movie under 2:30 some time in the '90s.

So a movie "long overdue" (so long that I can't say I'm particularly invested in it anymore), gets a long runtime... I dunno, I may just watch it when it gets to streaming. I mean, James Cameron is an amazing filmmaker and I'm sure it'll have an amazing spectacle... but I'm not sure I'm interested enough to sit through 3 hours of Jake Sully
