Jay is correct. You only get charged at the end of the campaign as long as the funding goal is exceeded. These go into production after the campaign is over and have an estimated spring 2020 delivery.
The accessory pack is priced ($25) and treated the same as a Basic figure. You can buy just those if you want.As long as your pledge is for enough to cover the items you want plus shipping, you should be fine. After the campaign, all backers will receive a survey where they specify which items they'd like to receive based on the amount pledged during the campaign.

Yes the way Kickstarter works is if it doesnt meat the goal you dont have to pay.

I have to say the figures do look decent but I do have 2 main comments...

It shows the pledge amounts and says 1 figure or 2 figures. But nothing is listed in you only want certain figures.I think the $25 is to be expected. It doesn't look like JOE is coming from Hasbro anytime soon so we're running out of options for a relatively inexpensive soldier army builder. I think these look cool.
