The
Mattel Creations WWE Ultimate Edition WCW Monday Nitro Entrance Stage crowdfunding campaign is still ongoing and is 40% funded with 21 days to go (at time of writing - link
here), but unfortunately, since it didn't get funded before April 7th, the exclusive
Ultimate Edition Nitro Debut Hulk Hogan figure that would have been unlocked will not be included.
ToyFarce heard through one of our sources that
Hulk Hogan was not very happy with the result, and want to invoke his
creative control clause, the infamous clause in his contract that enabled him to decide the outcome of matches, so that he wouldn't have to lose against opponents if he didn't feel like it (
Yay, wrestling backstage politics!).
ToyFarce was told that his first reaction when hearing the news was to ask "
WHAT IS THIS PLACE? THERE'S NO HULKAMANIACS HERE!" and called the situation "
NOT HOT".
