Hobby store or various arts and craft supplies stores, any superstore (
if you feel like salvaging other Christmas decorations for parts), or
Fresh Monkey Fiction has a pack of
Santa Hats from their
Naughty or Nice line available on

and their Santas have removable hats too!). Those work with most brands!
