so basically, a regular day). One community that didn't have an issue with it is the
scientific community, who has been victim of the high prices of rental of laboratories in New York City for years.

The price of a lab is New York is outrageous! It's at least 20 times that price, and you only rent it for a few days! If you can get a fully equipped laboratory for $299.99, go for it! That's a steal!"

Professor Perry (again, no relation) told us that it was also a great experiment, showing to toy collectors how expensive laboratory space and equipment can cost. "
It's a good laboratory, even! Sure, it could use a bit more laboratory glassware, as there are no beakers or flasks present on the pictures, but the space only should cost way more than that! I'm also 98% sure it doesn't really follow any laboratory safety regulations, but at that price, who cares?"
