In what can only be described as a
hairy situation,
Bigfoot, also known as
Sasquatch,
Yeti, or "
that blurry figure in the woods", is finally getting the action figure recognition he feels he deserves. Following recent announcements from
BigBadWorkshop and
Fresh Monkey Fiction, who revealed their
Operation: Monster Force Chatsworth figure,
LooseCollector, who is releasing not
one, not
two but
THREE figures (a
Bigfoot, a
Yeti version and a yet-to-be-revealed black version), along with the
Odious the Living Curse figure getting 73 variants and a new
Cryptoids toy line coming soon, the elusive forest dweller is...
thrilled! An exclusive
ToyFarce interview...
We managed to get an exclusive interview with the legendary cryptid himself. Well,
kind of. It was mostly grunts, growls and some light tree knocking, but with the help of a specialized cryptolinguist (
and Google Translate), we managed to transcribe the conversation:
ToyFarce:
Bigfoot! Thanks for meeting with us in this undiscosed area! How do you feel about all these new figures of you coming out?
Bigfoot:
"GRAAAAHHHHHHHHHH."
(Translation:
It's about time! I've been around longer than Batman and still had fewer figures than him!)
ToyFarce:
Have you seen the promo pictures of the BigBadWorkShop and Fresh Monkey Fiction Chatsworth figure?
Bigfoot:
"UNGH. HNGGGGGHHHHH. RAAAARG."
(Translation:
I love the detailing! The fur sculpt is accurate. There's one that even captured my 'I just heard a twig snap behind me' expression perfectly!)

ToyFarce:
Are you worried that now more people will be looking for you in the woods, hoping to take a picture of you with the figures?
Bigfoot:
"HMMM. RUMMMMM. BRAAAARGH!"
(Translation:
Let them come. I've already prepared autograph stations near most national park campsites. Bring snacks!)
ToyFarce:
What do you think of the Yeti variant from LooseCollector?
Bigfoot:
"HRRRAAAAAAAGHHHH!!"
(Translation:
That's my cousin. He's lost some weight! We haven't really talked since the family reunion of '03, but I’m glad he’s getting work.)
Sources tell us
Bigfoot has already pre-ordered a dozen of each figure (
he pays with moss and ethically-sourced forest truffles), and plans to display them in a diorama of his natural habitat, next to his shelf of conspiracy DVDs and vintage camcorders.
Stay tuned as we follow this story and possibly get blurrier photos of
Bigfoot posing with his plastic counterparts. He also hinted at a possible weekly
Youtube livestream: "
Grunt Talk with Sasquatch", coming this fall.

Sooo hilarious! Finally, after wiping my eyes, I have say it's kinda big surprise that nobody wanted to do a crossover with the turtles so far. And of course it's amazing to think about how many Bigfoot might work as an accountant.
But really, I've never seen it depicted with horns, it looks more like something like Krampus. What's next, it turns out Chewbacca has a tail?
I didn't even know the Yetis had horns, that's completely new info for me, wow! Now I have to re-evaluate my whole life:)?
