Sounds like the NECA Pizza Club turtles are the ones you want to track down, if you can.

Not the most inspired offerings for Neca this year. No wonder there were no instant sellouts even with the pricing being not too bad.

it is really nice they give you multiple chances to get the exclusives, one time it took me about 4 days of trying (i unfortunately was adding the international version of the item i wanted so i kept getting an error at checkout, and it took me 3 days of trying before i figured it out lol, but i still got the item in the end!)
