Joy Toy Dark Source Zombies 1/18 Scale Figures Sets

Slight possible change on these , Im seeing people saying that they are 1/25 scale and not 1/18 , can anyone confirm this ?

Pretty sure these are being sold in packs and are more intended to be background zombies for big hord diorama setting there is the Zombie lab 1:18 guys that are more articulated plus the hiya walking dead line guys too , hopefully the packs wont be to pricey
