Frankly I think Clutch could be a segue into a re-booted Joe series. He's got a Fast and Furious backstory with the street racing. He gets recruited by the suits for anti-terrorist mission. Maybe he's a new army recruit blowing off steam on the weekends. Maybe he served a year or two to avoid some kind of juvenile detention and gets reactivated. We follow him joining the small, mobile Joe team trying to stop a terrorist plot that they begin to realize is much bigger than they first thought.
