Hasbro's 3rd wave of GIJoe Comic 2-packs are slated to include the following sets.

- Tomax & Xamot
- Crimson Guard & Cobra Officer
- Battle-Torn Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow
- Ace & Wild Weasel

Starting with this wave, there will be new comic book stories written by Larry Hama that are set during his original story-arcs he did in the Marvel Comics GIJoe series. Shown below are some pages and covers from the upcoming comics for this wave that were shown off at this past summer's GIJoe convention.
