Another thought about this that aggrivates me is that my local stores still haven't got anything past the wave that was made up of the box set figures single packed (at least on the single pack end, somehow i get new comic packs)

You'll get a kick out of this then... I went to Walmart today to see if I couldn't finally find Flash (for whatever reason, completely MIA everywhere!) and I saw they had just restocked their shelves. WITH WAVE 2!!! I could never find Lady Jaye when that one came out, and lo and behold, there she is. Pity I had chalked her up as a missed figure and bought her online, for a pretty penny more.

Just saw these the other day. Hot daaaaamn, Barbecue is the BOMB. He looks ready to get obscene phone calls from window wipers.

Hawk's jacket collar looks like it coulda been a tad better, but I'm liking finally seeing this version.

Bazooka looks like he needs Alpine.

WOW!!!! I got out of town for a week and this is what hits........

BBQ is probably one of my favorite characters from my childhood and one of my favorite RAH figures ever and the 25th/Modern version is easily the best one yet.

As you can tell I'm a pretty big BBQ fan......bring it on baby.

Also, what was going on with Hasbro's site.....it says they are out of stock.......were they ever up for pre-order???

Hawk has Firefly's problem that the the holster/webgear (whatever it is) is stuck up on the upper torso because of the new design.

Bazooka: I wonder if those rockets are removable.

Barbecue: Why the hell can we STILL not get a removable helmeted version of guys like him and Airtight? That doesn't mean it isn't, of course, but it doesn't look like it.

B.A.T.: BOTH hands. Awesome. That guys is going to be SO hard to find.

Snow Serpent: Very nice, looks like a guy wearing several layers. Gun looks tiny though, lol.

Storm Shadow: Yawn.

This wave looks awesome I will get all of them, but hey when are going to start seeing some Cobra Vipers show up in stores?

I was hoping that Hasbro will remake barb b q and I got my wish.

Now I hope Hasbro will remake:

Cover Girl

Recondo

Low Light

Mutt & Junkyard

and I will be happy

Looks to be an all-around popular wave, but Hasbro's definitely losing me on the Joe picks (have been since Wave 5). Hawk will replace the comic pack version, and rightfully so. But Bazooka and Barbeque will go with my MOC collection, not loose on my display shelf.

On the other hand, I'll have 6 Snow Serpents, and as many BATS as I can clasp to my tender bossom! They both look phenomenal, and will be happy additions! Now we *really* need Eels, tho... since Snow Job has his troops to fight, and Torpedo deserves the same.

Bazooka looks a little funky. The #14 on his jersey looks way too stretched. His head/helmet looks sort of weird too. I'm hoping there will be a brown hair variant of that Hawk.

Yeah,

I like these as well.I would like to see Barbecue with a removable helment like in the cartoon. That's just me.
