Last I checked, according to Ray Park, Snake Eyes is a mute. From the packaing, it states sound effects and lights. Probably the sounds will be like swords swinging or something, with his visor lighting up. These are actually more in similar to the Transformers Power Bots(Both Movie and Animated).
Well, I guess we can have them fight Bumblebee or something...."We" implies that anyone will buy these.
I understand that a certain portion of the toy line must be geared to wards kids but I can't even imagine kids wanting these.

Has it been discussed as to whether the MOVIE version of Snake Eyes will follow this background or canon on him, from the ARAH version of Snake Eyes? Maybe Hollywood has decided to make him a blabber mouth instead of mute and silent?

As terrible as these look i can't deny i wouldn't mind seeing a 3 3/4 duke in sigma suit w/ a green paint scheme like this one shown. Of course i would want it to be darker, that one appears to glow in the dark!
