The Rock Confirms Bruce Willis For G.I.Joe 2

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson posted a message on Twitter today confirming that Actor Bruce Willis has joined the cast of G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation.

Welcome brother Bruce Willis to the cast of GI Joe! What an honor.

Though not confirmed it is expect that Willis will be playing the character of the original Joe, General Joe Colton who could be taking over as team leader from General Hawk who was played by actor Denis Quaid in the first movie, but as far as we know will not be returning for this one.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation continues to move into full swing and is being directed by Jon M. Chu. The movie will star hanning Tatum, Dwayne Johnson, Ray Parks and Adrianne Palicki, with Lorenzo di Bonaventura producing. It will be released in theaters on June 29, 2012.
