IDW Introduces A New Cobra Commander (Spoilers)

USAToday has revealed the new Cobra Commander in IDW's Cobra Civil War storyline that has been going on in their G.I. Joe titles the last several months. The new Cobra Commander will make his debut this Wednesday in the pages — and on a special scratch-off variant cover — of G.I. Joe issue 8, written by Chuck Dixon with art by Will Rosado.
