I was able to get this figure from Walmart and of course, it came damaged within a box that was too small and bent the card practically in half. I also noticed that a lot of Hasbro figures are using a cheaper glue and the bubbles are coming off the cards. Check out the Walmart link above and you'll see that out of 72 reviews, 32 are 1 star for shipping and damages.
I ordered several of these from Walmart and 2 from Hasbro. Every single one from Walmart arrived damaged (whether they came in a plastic bag or a box) but the two from Hasbro Pulse were packed well enough that they arrived without damage. Walmart could not possibly be more pathetic in this area. Who in their right mind holds a "collector con" event - indicating you know darned well who your customers are - and then ships stuff out like this, cancels orders on people left and right, doesn't fulfill orders, etc.? If they (or anybody) ran their entire operation like they do this, they'd be nothing but a memory in a very short time.

I have stopped ordering anything retro carded through the Walmart app/website for having experienced this same issue multiple times in the past. I just wait until I find it in the store if it is something I plan to display in the packaging. Ive been lucky enough to find the stuff I am after eventually, but it is typically a few months later.
