Mattel Doing Back To The Future Toys

by Jay Cochran
October 19, 2010
According to the website Global License, Mattel has recently secured the license from Universal pictures to do Back to the Future action figures, accessories and toy vehicles (worldwide). No other detail on when or how these products will be distributed, though it is possible this could be another line released through Mattel's own collector website, just like their Ghostbusters and Masters of the Universe Classics lines currently are.

One might say it was foretold all those year's ago that Mattel would do toys based on Back To The Future, as it was Mattel who made the futuristic hover board which appeared in Back To The Future 2 and 3.
