This character is Android 21. She is the main villain from Dragon Ball Fighterz (video game). She is what would have happened if Androids were infused with Majin cells. She is a pretty great character, and her design is top notch.

Nice figure. Not really familiar with the Dragon ball Z characters but I was going to say the same thing about the pants. But then I saw that tail. And the eyes turn red. Okay then. So now I wish I had that doughnut.

21 looks amazing. I wish I preordered her.
The only gripe I have is her pants look very disjointed and a mess. I understand his allows her to articulate better so its forgiven.
