New Updated Images For The 7" Doom Slayer Action Figure From McFarlane Toys

Huh, i didn't knew there was gonna be a variant as well, nevertheless i would love that figure

I know nothing about this figure, but he looks cool. It's the type of figure that I'd pick up at a discount store like Ross or Marshall or discounted on Amazon.

Wow thats pretty cool if this is legit. Interesting that they show they may be doing both versions but the one is just the render theyve been using since they announced the Doom license. I wonder if we ll see it at NYCC this year. Not sure what tf the bronze version is referencing tho if that is true.

It can just barely. I am not liking this trend with McFarlane toys taking quite a few licenses.

Either Im blind or I dont see it say anywhere on that link of a bronze variant. Also the first link just shows a render from the first game thats just for placeholder purposes. Just like KILLmonger says, it would be cool to have that version as thats from the original 2016 Doom game as this one is based off of the new one Doom Eternal 2019.

They went EXTREME! Also its the same concept of womens armor... and the lack thereof. They dont really always design for actual form/function and more so for a look they want. Also if its due to him being white, he was always a white guy in the original games. I get what you mean tho.

Probably the best ive seen so far from McFarlanes new licenses. Definitely going to have to check it out when it comes out. Hopefully articulation is good.

McFarlane could get away with doing both. The Armored fig could be from the 2016 game (which I would buy) and I'll 100% be grabbing the 2019 fig.

Yeah it's the "white thing" lol. He always was...(like Master Chief) but the whole armor...it could be anyone. No matter what this is a slick fig and I'm grabbing it. I wanted the 1/6 version but I missed out on that one.

This one with the covered arms looks sooooo much better

Great looking fig although I'm disappointed by the exposed arms. One of the main draws about the Doomguy was he could be/look anyone under the armor. It's a minor nitpick but with the arms showing it highlights who he is. That's not a bad thing, but for me I liked the fact thatmasked/armored characters could be "me." Plus why have all that armor and kit just to leave your arms unprotected????
