I might just get that Soul Catcher as he looks awesome- has a Dr. Doom feel to him lol. And I'm happy to preorder She-spawn- I think she should not be 39.99 but, ok Todd lol.

Just, most comic images I can find, and most of the figures (for instance, the recent RAW-10 rotocast figure) tend to downplay the stitches, and focus more on the cybernetics. If there are stitches, they tend to be more peripheral, less central, off to the sides and less raw and red.
In any case, thanks for clarifying, I do appreciate the info! ?
very welcome! The RAW 10 line was focused more on kid friendly stuff so they downplay some elements that you would normally see in mcfarlane stuff which I dont know why stitches would be omitted but who knows.

I had the same thoughts. Well that and "that looks like it'll quickly get infected." At least the figure has good detail, including the paint. Just needs some dry brushing on the furry parts of the body to make it stand out even more.

The scars/slashes tend to be on him as well to show his primal nature and that hes been through some stuff. And in traditional mcfarlane fashion, he doesnt really follow a certain look so the stitches or details arent consistent and some will show less and some will show more depending on the artist.

These are too great looking figures. I just dont think She Spawn comes with enough to justify the forty dollar price.

Not a deal-breaker, regardless, I'll still get the figure, and if I have to customize him to remove the scars for a more "iconic" look, so be it. Just wondering.

As for She-Spawn . . . eeeeeeyyyyeeeehhhh, MAYBE. But honestly, I'd rather have a vanilla Jessica Priest assassin figure. She-Spawn is a much more recent development for her (Spawn #300, 2019), I'm after the more classic rogues gallery. Though this She-Spawn COULD be kit-bashed with another figure (maybe a Diamond Select "Gotham" Selina Kyle?) to make a proper Priest figure, but for $40 . . . meh. Dunno. Not really feeling it.
They are now available for pre-order at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and EntertainmentEarth.
I don't know why but I find the soft pvc pelvis are really pronounced with these latest Mcfarlane figs. I first noticed it with Redeemer and it really looks like a "diaper". It's turning me off these figs.
So she spawn is actually making me want to learn more about the character and go into the comics. That's rare from an action figure these days I find.
