Eh I'll pass on these. Not a fan of zombie type creatures lol.

While these are not my particular cup of coffee, I am glad for DC Direct/Collectibles "resurrection" via McF and I want more...especially Batman the Animated Series stuff.

These are also back up on Amazon.

I missed out on the Amazon listings linked above. But I'm thrilled that these figures are indeed being made and will be released. I had pre-ordered them on BBTS when they were originally offered up as preorders. Looking forward to adding these "infected" figures to the shelf.

I think the Batman is the only sculpt that hits here. But Im not a fan of these overall.

I liked DCeased better than I thought I would (and they aren't zombies in the traditional sense...they're infected with the Anti Life equation)...but figs like this never appealed to me. Rehashes of standard figs. There are to many characters that have been flat out ignored by DC I'd rather have in fig form: Icon, Hardware, Wetworks, Val Zod, Majestic, Nubia, new Batman

Yeah, I mean for me personally because I am not a fan of zombies, these never appealed to me but I get why they started doing them.

Oh good I'm not the only one that isn't all about the zombies. I agree, blackest night did them right. This just, well it almost feels forced.

Wowzer....these DC collectible molds and how they are produced with just painted rather than sculpted details is such an opposite route than how McFarlane produces figs so I'm surprised McFarlane decided to release these. I think this particular situation is the first in toy history. Interesting. I wonder if these McFarlane deceased pieces will match up with dc collectibles in terms of look on the shelf with different paint, plastics and whatnot. Personally, I feel like McFarlane would make AMAZING zombie dc figs. Monsters is Todd's specialty so I wish he just started a new DECEASED line of his own with unique sculpts.

Thats pretty much what i assumed. I think thats another reason I dont like them as much. They just seem like body molds theyve already used with new heads and a blood paint app(and honestly due to my ignorance i dont know if they needed to do any more than that since i dont know how decomposed they are from their source material and all that). I am one of those that love zombies, it just seems alittle played out to me but that is just my opinion. I definitely get the draw but theyve been doing the zombie thing in comics since at least 06(obviously not counting any other zombie medium). I feel like its run its course. It just feels like they are just piggybacking from marvel but then again both steal... er i mean borrow ideas from eachother on the daily so i suppose it is only natural. And btw im not hating on anyone that does enjoy these, normally I would be one of those all over them but seeing it so much desensitizes you eventually to the point that it just seems like we ve already seen it before.

It is, and it was an easy way for DC Collectibles to reuse the same molds they already did in the Essential line only zombiefying them. People love Zombies and the whole Marvel Zombie thing has been tremendously popular so why not DC?
