Oof. I'm open to the possibility it'll look better in person, but the yellow on that Sinestro just doesn't do it for me. It takes a decent sculpt and makes it look... cheap, I guess. I do look forward to adding Commander Steel to my collection, though. It'd be nice if there's a Platinum and it's Justice League Detroit's Steel, as that was always my favorite Heywood.
I kind of like the Damian Platinum, but I definitely don't want it instead of the regular release, it's like, almost a couple of Damian's looks without really being any of them, meanwhile the regular one is just how he looked in Batman & Robin
That pic of commander steel...is that supposed to be a regular and chase side by side? Or just 2 of the same figure? Oh well, planning to definitely get him somehow.
Edit: nvm looks like 2 of the same going by the box label.

Meh. I think that I've talked myself out of getting Slade. I like the unmasked head but not enough to buy the figure again. Nothing else here appeals to be except Commander Steel. I'll definitely buy him. I saw on YouTube that there have been sightings of Shining Knight and The Question at Walmarts.
ARRRRRR!!! I hate it when characters get half hands, why couldn't Robin have four hands instead of a stupid pig head?
Shown below via sgt.peppershobbyclub are in-hand looks at some Platinum and Gold Label DC Multiverse Gold Figures from McFarlane Toys. Seen here and out in Hong Kong are our first looks at the Platinum variant for the upcoming McFarlane Toys DC Direct Page Punchers 7" Batman Reborn Robin (Damian Wayne) Figure. As well as first looks at DC Multiverse Gold Label (Parallax Sinsestro), Commander Steel, Jokerized Hush and Batman Figures!. Stay tuned for anymore info as we get it!
So I take it collector edition...goes up for preorder on bbts and ee? Hope that's the case cause I really want a '78 Superman. Tho, I guess depending on how it ultimately looks. I'm a positive thinker, so I'll keep it at that.
Vinyl figures?!? That's... interesting.

A few new McFarlane Toy figure listings have popped up online at Brodepot. While these listings generally turn out to be true, they have yet to be confirmed by McFarlane Toys at this time. We posted some of these this weekend but we are recaping here with some new additions. The listings are as follows:-DC JUSTICE LEAGUE MONSTERVERSE 2PK BATMAN VS KONG-DC COLLECTOR EDITION 7IN SUPERMAN (SUPERMAN 1978)-DC DIRECT COLLECTOR VINYL FIGURE WV1 BANE-DC DIRECT COLLECTOR VINYL FIGURE WV1 BATMAN-DC DIRECT COLLECTOR VINYL FIGURE WV1 SWAMPTHING-DC DIRECT PROP REPLICA WV2 1:3RD SCALE BATMAN HUSH COWL-DC DIRECT PROP REPLICA WV2 1:3RD SCALE BATMAN 1ST APPEARANCE COWL-GAME OF THRONES NIGHT KING (FROSTBITE)(GOLD LABEL)-MOVIE MANIACS 6IN POSED BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE 1-MOVIE MANIACS 6IN POSED BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE 2-MOVIE MANIACS 6IN POSED BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE 2 (CHASE)-UFC POSED CONOR MCGREGOR-UFC POSED ISRAEL ADESANYA-UFC POSED JON JONES-UFC POSED SEAN SUGAR OMALLEY
To me the most interesting listing of note here is the Batman Vs Kong one. I assume this is something based on the DC Comic Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong comic book. What scale these figures will be in remains unknown. Also note while we have seen listings for the 1978 Christopher Reeve Superman figure before, we now know it will be part of the DC Collector Edition Line.
6 hours ago, Reno said:Offering the Agent Liberty bundle is kind of a big middle finger from McFarlane to people like me who they made do the EQL just to get the regular non-platinum version. Now that I've already got that one, I'm certainly not giving him another $60.
They did an EQL for the regular one? Jeeze, that is some nonsense. On the plus side, at least the regular one is the better looking of the two.
