Very good point. Power Armor and NCR ranger are both less @ Mcfarlanetoystore as well. Especially if you have a coupon code - even after shipping they are cheaper than MSRP

Power armor will sell out unless really really poorly executed. I would be shocked if it doesn't. Lucy should have been a regular $20 release. People will gladly pay more for power armor so sure make it "Elite" - it's iconic to Fallout and has been a big want for decades. But, I personally don't see anything worth the extra money for most of these Elites, especially this Lucy figure.
I think it's James Gordon's leg, but that's okay, this Figura (New Vegas NCR Ranger) looks good. I can't explain why but for some reason I've started liking the gas mask figures lately (I really don't know why). McFarlane has done a couple of them, Soul Crusher, Kasrkin (Astra Militarum), Sandman (Wesley Dodds The Sandman)(I was able to get some of them) and I like this one a lot, but if it's going to be a special edition I'm not sure I'll be able to get my hands on it.
Any idea what TIME this goes up for order? Getting REALLY tired of McFarlane's nonsense lately, with several pre-orders announced with only days and no times associated and even having some things go up for preorder with no date or time announced at all. (And we won't get into what have to be deliberately low number of units available for preorder or the chase-only characters or highly-desirable versions of characters, like the classic Hawkman and classic Hawkgirl, etc.)
Ive got to admit, while McFarlane tends to be more misses than hits these days, the company seems to do well with big bulky armored figures. This Fallout T-60 looks really cool, and I may pick it up for my video game character display.
Classified has been releasing figures with fully articulated pets for years now, and yet Todd includes a Dog Meat statue and charges 20 dollars more.

Ah, but Todd has craftily countered that argument by now giving you almost nothing for a Collector edition, if the Merlyn and Darkstars figures are to be the new standard.
If this were a truly "elite" fig in terms of the likeness and appearance of the fig...that would be one thing. But this is just an average McFarlane effort, with barely more in the package than you get with a typical Collector edition DC Multiverse fig. Heck there isn't even a fancy background in the package to make it look "elite" in package.
