He's still a hair too bulky for the character to my taste, but I agree he looks better here than in that render
Scarecrow looks good and like the way they did the neck part of the cowl on that Batman, although the cape should reach around to the front.

Ooo, now that is a cool looking Scarecrow! Maybe a bit too broad shouldered, but that head definitely makes up for it! That skull is a cool accessory, but I hope it doesn't come at the expense of a scythe
