May 20, 2005
McFarlane staffers will be attending our inaugural GI Joe Heroes in Action convention. The 2005 event is taking place at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, MN, June 24-26.

This is the first time attending this seminal yearly convention and will be unveiling the first series of McFarlane’s Military action figures in all their detailed glory. If you need more information on these figures – which are truly authentic 6-inch representations of modern American fighting forces – check out the new online feature here.

Not only will attendees to the convention get a firsthand look at McFarlane Toys’ military figures ... they’ll actually be the first to be able to purchase them. That’s correct, a limited number of our first McFarlane’s Military action figure series onsite for purchase.

The show has a registered guest preview Friday, June 24, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 25, registered preview is 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. with general admission at 10 a.m.; the show closes at 5 p.m. Sunday, June 26, the exhibit is open 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
