Devil's Due & Udon Entertainment Announce Partnership

Beginning March 2004, Udon Entertainment will collaborate with newly minted publishing powerhouse Devil's Due Publishing, Inc. The first project launched in this new and exciting relationship will be the Street fighter Trade Paperback, and a related poster and limited edition Busts.

As most comic aficionados know, Devil's Due Publishing has taken the essential steps to become an autonomous and self-managing publisher as of January 2004. Devil's Due is a licensee, a creative art house and now publisher, producing monthly titles such as various G.I. Joe series, Voltron, Micronauts, Kore, Misplaced, and more. Devil's Due is also assisting the production of Dragon Lance, the much-anticipated project by the Dabel Brothers (formerly Roaring Studios). Josh Blaylock, president of Devil's Due is enthusiastic about the partnership saying, "Devil's Due has recently started a fresh chapter in its history, and we are happy to bring these likeminded partners along for the ride. We are confident in our future, having worked hard with limited support. As a new publisher, we are just happy that a company like Udon would trust us with their projects, and we'll do everything possible to make this relationship a positive one".

Udon Entertainment is an art collective responsible for the revitalization of Street fighter, the comic book. Eric Ko, president of Udon, has overseen projects such as Sentinel, Battle of the Planets and Robotech comments, "Partnering and publishing with a company that understands where I'm coming from is important.
