The Boston Globe has published an interesting article covering the American based Urban/Designer toy market and its growing popularity with collectors of Hip-Hop related action figures. If you are not familiar with the trend, you may have seen an influx in cool hip-hop looking soft plastic (vinyl) toys more recently. Including action figures and even some plush items that range from as little as the 2" Hoodz gumball machine figures on up.
