AICN recently received word that there are now two strong contenders for the job of director on the new "Transformers" movie. The first possible choice is Michael Bay, who previously directed films including "Bad Boys", "The Rock" and "Armageddon". The second choice is Roland Emmerich who was behind the hits "Stargate", "Independence Day", and "The Day After Tomorrow".
