According to E Online's Ted Casablanca, Michael Vartan might be packing up his things and vacating the disney studios. Sources say the heartbroken actor - Garner recently ditched him for her "Daredevil" co-star Ben Affleck, in case you didn't hear? - is having his character Michael Vaughn permanently removed from the ABC Prime-timer.

Fellow columnist Kristin isn't sold on the claim though. According to her sources, Vartan may be heartbroken, but he's got a contract to fulfill.
