These just look horrid to me, I'm not sure if it's the what seems like a slightly brighter paint job, did these figures have this lighter paint? I swear they didn't look as bad as this when I was a Kid, I still have the Mikey kicking around somewhere, I never liked these figures, I wonder if these ones will be made of that rubbery material like the originals, I'm thinking these are just going to be hard plastic, they just look weird, Playmates with the sucky re-releases continuing their bad handling of their own license.

I'm wondering if it was someone at Playmates or someone at Walmart who forgot what year the first movie came out. Because there's scenes from the 1990 movie on the card backs, and 1991 was the sequel.
