Jakks Pacific Signs Worldwide Licensing Deal With Marvel Enterprises For Spider-Man TV Games

JAKKS PACIFIC SIGNS WORLDWIDE LICENSING DEAL
WITH MARVEL ENTERPRISES FOR
SPIDER-MAN® TV GAMES


MALIBU, Calif. – February 9, 2004 – JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (Nasdaq: JAKK) announced today that it has entered into a worldwide licensing agreement with Marvel Enterprises to market and distribute TV Games products based on the ever-popular Spider-Man® property. TV Games is an innovative new game concept that allows users to play the Spider-Man game on any television set with the use of a dedicated character based hand-held device. All that is needed are batteries and a television. Simply plug the TV Games game into the A/V jacks of any standard television set, turn on and play! The lightweight, compact, all-inclusive controller will house five original Spider-Man games, with all of the hardware built right in to the controller.
