New Masters Of The Universe 7" Kids Line Coming From Mattel?!?

by Jay Cochran
January 30, 2023
Images have surfaced from a Brazil retailer for what appears to be a new 7" Masters of the Universe kids line from Mattel. Figures look to have minimal articulation and minimal to no accessories. The first wave looks to include He-Man, Skeletor, Man-At-Arms and Mer-Man. Only He-Man and Skeletor come with one accessory which is their swords. No word yet if this is something that will be offered in the US.

These look pretty alright for what they are, and it's also a positive that Mattel is still putting out more MOTU product, and still trying to get the newer generation into the IP. This makes me even more convinced that the parties claiming MOTU was going off shelves are wrong because they don't sell.

Well these actually look decent. Proportions look good. Man at arms needs a mustache.

Rather have elbows and knees than wrists, but ah well. They are interesting and don't seem to suffer from the long leg syndrome of masterverse. That said, feels like they are too thin somehow, at least to my eye

These are smart.. look good, good size and enexpensive toy for kids..when you want to buy your kid He-man with out the thought of them destroying a collectable.

must be some sort of dollar type store retail offer

Minimal articulation? They're better than all those 5POA things people buy. Has at least 7POA with ball joint shoulders, wrist articulation, and possibly lower leg and waist articulation, making it 7-10POA.

I still want elbow and knee hinges, but this is better.

It's as if someone put Masterverse and Origins in a Brundle telepod and these came out.

Disturbing and accurate.
