Here are some news and notes for today from the 2007 GIJoe Convention.

For Stalker fans, there is good news. The light-green color camo figure which had previously been shown for the wave 3 Stalker figure will be fixed. The factory had made an error on the paint for the figure. Hasbro sent it back to be corrected, but to get the figure out in time the initial figures released will be the light color with a running change coming shortly afterwards. Click here to see both versions that will be released.

Hasbro has informed us that they plan to re-release most of the figures in the initial two 25th Anniversary boxsets in a special wave of single carded figures. Baroness and one other figure they could not remember at the time of talking with us will not be re-released, however army builder fans will be happy to hear that the Cobra Airborne Trooper that is coming in the second Cobra boxset will be released in this special single-carded wave.

There will be a 25th Anniversary Flash figure coming. Hasbro gave us a sneak-peek of it today and we should have images of him for you tomorrow. We can also expect to see other figures like Snow Job tomorrow.

The rumored "Blade Destro" will be made for the 3 3/4" line. It may be another figure shown tomorrow. It was named Blade Destro because it comes with a sword.

The Sigma 6 line is being put on hiatus for now while Hasbro concentrates on 3 3/4" figures. Hasbro did have a number of unproduced Sigma 6 figures on hand like Zanzibar.

Tomorrow morning Hasbro will be holding a panel here at the convention where it was hinted we may hear some vehicle, army builder and movie news. So be sure to check back at 10 AM to find out what is revealed.
