J.J. Abrams Working On Micronauts Movie For Hasbro

Hasbro earlier this week announced during their annual Investor Day conference at their headquarters in Pawtucket, RI announced that director and producer J.J. Abrams (Star Trek, MI:3) is currently working on a Micronauts movie, "Micronauts: They Came From Inner Space" for the toy company.

Micronauts originally created by Japan company Takara in 1974 under the name Microman and later launched in the United States in 1976 and backed by a Marvel Comics comic book series in 1979.

It was announced back in 2009 that Hasbro would be re-introduction of the classic toy line, though there has been little to no details on the line since then.
