Hasbro Power Rangers Metal Power Thunder Megazord Figure Revealed

July 16, 2020
While details are still light on this, we have our first look via cultureshockcollectables at Hasbro's upcoming Power Rangers Thunder Megazord figure which is part of the new Metal Power Line. Rumors are these are more high end type collector figures with decent articulation. Think Lightning Collection, only for Megazord's instead of human characters. I don't know what scale these will be done in.

The figure was on display at Hasbro CCG Expo 2020 in Shanghai. We expect an official announcement for this will be coming from Hasbro sometime this month.

I would definitely pick up a Dragonzord released in that style.

I love some of the Zord designs from the early Power Rangers. Definitely interested in this. I would take articulated versions of the Megazord Dinos too. I know Bandai sort of did that at the end of their license, before Hasbro took over, but the results were not that great. I think a collector focused line could really do them justice.

I'm curious about these! The zords were always my favorite part of the shows

I think (I wont swear to it) they are basically 6" Megazords with articulation on par with the Lightning Collection line. Kinda like what they are doing with the Transformers Red line.

That's nice. It'd be cool of they were taller, but 6" is fine.

Definitely interested. It seem kinda like the Robot Spirits line from Tamashi. Can't wait to learn more about this line.
