Yes, that is a Steel Corps helmet. It's so you can troop build him like the Steel Battalions from War on Cobra, who were pretty much just Grunt clones

They both look fantastic. I like how Grunt's head looks like those old 12" army Joes. Hope they make a NightForce T Rat but I'll def get this one too ?
They both look great. I'm particularly excited for Grunt because he's not just a straight redo of the original in 6" form, there's some different things going on in his look than in 1982. I love the Steel Brigade helmet added in.
I notice they both have the little blue communicator thingie sculpted onto their outfits somewhere which was a staple for all the Joes early in the line but has since been kind of a random added feature. I wonder how they decide who gets it and who doesn't.
