How is it that Hard Hero can do statues, but NO ONE can get action figures? I'd think they would be separate licenses. Where are the Thundercats action figures already!?!

I love the idea of these statues, but the price is just making it impossible for me to get 'em.

It looks really cool, but 200 dollars? I'd rather get some of the figures from the 80's for that much money.

Yeah it's a lot of money, and the thing is also quite big too. That's why I keep asking for them to do 6" scale versions of these statues, possible made out of plastic to keep the price down. A lot of figures a practically statues anyways and at least this way the figures could look more dynamic since they could be made with cool poses and their "bases" would add a lot to the looks of them.

Any word on whether or not these statues will be a diorama or individual statues?

they won't be interlocking but the bases are going to be designed to display together to form a scene of sorts

and Lion-O is currently up for order and cheaper then announced at SDCC (link)

Over at www.thundercatslair.org we're carrying the ongoing news story of the ThunderCats statues. The next one to be produced by Hard Hero under license from Warner Brothers will be Cheetara!

We're updating the news on this at: (link)

I wish they'd do a 6" scale version to this line and kept the price down.

Was there any word on who the second statue is going to be?

no word but i'd say Cheetarah is a safe bet, Panthro if it's one of the boys
