2009 SDCC Wrap-Up: Masters of the Universe

As we continue to wrap-up our coverage of the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con, we have uploaded some new close-up images of all the new Masters of the Universe Classic product that Mattel had on display at this years convention. You can check the images out below in our GALLERY.

Also just to re-cap some of the new information that was revealed we have summed things up for you as well.

- New figures each month (Also available by subscription)
- Bonus figures in select months (reissues & repaints)
- New oversized assortments (i.e. Battle Cat)
- Army Builder 2-Packs (Various price points depending on size)
- Figures will come with battle stands starting in the spring
- Accessory packs, 1 per season
- The subscription service at Mattycollector.com includes the 'figure of there month' only, and not the bonus figures.
- Bonus figures will vary in price and release date
- When you sign-up for the subscription you have to pay a $20 sign up fee which gets you a Bonus Club Figure and Bonus Eternia Map and figure poster
- Orko will see a release in 2010
